I live in a hot region where it remains very hot most of the year. I have a sapodilla plant which is about 7 to 9 years old and is growing rapidly giving fruits but is not able to bear fruit. Please help us to find the problem so that we can rectify it.
There are a few causes to this. I see what looks to be multiple nutrient deficiencies, which is common if they are not fed properly. I would suggest testing the soil for nutrient deficiencies and pH swings, first. These articles will help:

I had bought Sapodilla tree 2 feet abut two weeks ago, kept inside as per the instruction. It's leave are turning light brownish what should i do? Just transferred to bigger pot.
I am seeing signs of insect pests, soil that is far too wet, and lack of light.
It will be best to get this into a potting mix with just a little compost added in. Make sure that the soil has plenty of drain holes to allow any extra water out of the container, freely.
Make sure that the soil dries down to at least 2 or 3 inches, thoroughly, before watering again.

This is the current state of the plant. Leaves fallen about 2 weeks ago. I followed the recommendations. Is this still alive.
It appears to be! Keep it in the proper conditions and watered properly, and you should expect to see new growth within about 2 weeks.

Chicle Latex is extraction from Sapodilla trees in Latin America. I am the Marketing Head of an Organization in India & we are looking to source chicle latex in India. Any advice on this is highly welcome.
I'm afraid commercial extraction of Sapodilla latex is not within our realm. We provide advice on gardening and growing only. Here's an article that addresses how to grow the sapodilla tree:

They are very shallow rooted. Usually, they don't exceed 75cm. This article will help you to care for the trees:

Planted sapodilla in a pot. The leaves of the sapling are looking burnt brown
Here are some reasons for leaf browning to check:
Is it being over or under watered? The container may be too large, causing excess moisture to the seedling.
Is it overfertilized?
Is it receiving too much direct light?
What kind of soil is it in? Is it in a well draining potting mix? Is the pot deep enough for a tap root?
Here are growing tips for the tree:

I planted, last March, 2 plants already grown in big pot and they were full of leaves and fruit, this winter temp dropped to 1 all leaves dropped, now the temp is about 20 but there are no leaves/flowers coming up. please advise.
You can do the following scratch test to see if the weather has sacrificed your plants:

Otherwise, follow the growing instructions and wait to see whether the plants survive.
