Cheeku Tree Droped All Leaves Now It’s Not Growing Leaves And Flowers

Question

I planted, last March, 2 plants already grown in big pot and they were full of leaves and fruit, this winter temp dropped to 1 all leaves dropped, now the temp is about 20 but there are no leaves/flowers coming up. please advise.
