Will a Black Walnut tree growing 20 feet away behind my garage have any effect on my Roma tomatoes?
These trees can actually affect plants as far away as 60 feet, so I would recommend planting them in raised beds or containers to ensure their survival if you cannot plant them further away.
I have a Roma tomato plant with green tomatoes no bigger than small limes. But the concern is the plant's leaves are turning yellow. Why is it turning yellow?

I am in Ankara, Turkey. I have a plum tomato plant in a large pot on my balcony. It was doing fine and then suddenly it wilted. It recovered somewhat during the night, which is quite cool here, but now it is again wilting. Any ideas? I suspect some type of root borer.
Day time wilting with a recovery in the evening usually indicate that it needs water.
Daily watering is needed for container plants and even twice a day when the temperatures are above 85 degrees.
Also if the container is not large enough the roots can't take up enough moisture and nutrients.
If you see yellowing, spotted leaves, or leaves curling this can indicate insects or disease.
Here are a few links for you with care information.

I have four plum tomato plants that have been producing a lot of tomatoes. However, there seems to be no more blooms on the plants. How long do they usually bloom and produce tomatoes? I live in central NJ they get plenty of sun during the day so I don't know what I am doing wrong. Any suggestions would be great! Thank you!
It is most likely a pollination issue. The plant will discard any flowers that are not pollinated. Has it been very humid where you live? This would do it. Most of the country has been suffering from extreme heat and humidity this season. These articles will help:

Also, these tomatoes are determinate, which means that the fruit ripens at one time, rather than continually through the season.
Do roma tomatoes come back every year like chery tomatoes?
Generally, no. You usually need to replant roma tomatoes each year.
Why are my container grown romas and a few celebrity tomatoes turning bad on the bottoms. They're not on the ground. My cherry tomatoes are fine.
It sounds like you may have some blossom end rot. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/tomato/tomato-blossom-rot.htm
