I live in England and I have a few plumerias that seem to be dormant even in the summer. They are 1-2 seasons old and I keep them either in the greenhouse or indoors. I have kept the soil slightly damp and I have given them plumeria food. Please can you advise where I may be going wrong. Thank you. I must be doing something right though as I have one plumeria plant out in flower and another plant is 5 foot tall with branches (grown from seed - this one is approx 5 years old but as yet no flowers). Soil should actually be watered well, then allowed to dry slightly.
Make the adjustments in care as indicated in the link below.

We have been growing a plumeria from cutting in a pot in Chicago believe it or not. It is tall as can be now ( 3-3.5 feet). We give it high phos fertilizer in the summer and cut it back when we bring the plant indoors for winter. In the summer it is on a very humid and hot enclosed patio. We just cannot get this thing to flower. Any tips? Also, any advice for what to do when this thing is too big to pot and move (very soon) Thank you
Your plant should be mature enough to bloom. Correct fertilizer and application timing is important.

the leaves on my plumera plants are turning yellow. The plants are potted and are watered regularly. I have been fertilizing with half MiracleGro and epsom salts about once a week. water sometimes two times a day account of sizzling weather. They are not in the sun all day.
Yellow leaves could be watering issues. Make sure your watering the plants evenly, moist soil.
Plumerias are susceptible to a fungal disease called plumeria rust. It first appears as many tiny, yellow, powdery spots on the undersides of the plant's leaves, giving them a mottled, yellowish appearance. Eventually, the leaves turn a uniform, bright yellow, then become brown and drop from the plant. If the infection becomes widespread, a plumeria can lose most or all of its leaves, causing severe stress and potentially killing the plant. Once present, it's not possible to cure plumeria rust, but you can help prevent it by planting where air circulation is good and by keeping the area clean.
A plumeria that's infested with pests might develop yellow leaves -- the most likely culprit is a tiny pest called the sixspotted spider mite, although other types of mites can also infest plumeria. Pests can be treated with Neem Oil.

I have a Plumeria with a bud stem that I have been watching to open for a few days now and yesterday it started drooping and really bad today . Live in North East Texas and is very warm , have two large white ones and they never did this ....could it be to much water and if it dries out will the stem straighten up again ?
These plants needed well draining soil.
Check the soil to make sure it is not soggy. Pull back any mulch to aid in the soil drying if it is too wet.

How should I prune this 6 ft tall plumeria without damaging it? Note two new branches and two damaged branches - one pruned, one broke off when plant fell.
