My Persian limee tree has never born fruit. It is in full Sun in P Ponte Vedra, FL. The deer ate many branches and even though it is healthy looking, a friend said it will not bear fruit if it has 3 leaves in clusters. It does have this configuration. Is this true and what can be done?

A few leaves are turning a light color
From the photo, I see two color patterns that I can comment on, none that are of great concern.
The lighter green, yellow appearance on the new growth is normal. Nitrogen will move into the new growth from the older green growth as the foliage matures.
The severe discoloration patterning in some of the older leaves may be due to a nutritional deficiency, a genetic disorder, or a plant disease. It's hard to differentiate without a laboratory analysis.
But since its only a few leaves at this time, I would concentrate on keeping the plant as healthy as possible with good soil and water management. It may outgrow and resist the disorder.
Water is of course the first consideration, not too much or too little:

Fertilize with a complete organic fertilizer formulated for citrus, like this:

My potted Persian lime is blooming like crazy and has some small fruits developing and is displaying new growth. I was wondering if I should remove some of the blooms? I noticed today that the new growth looks and feels like it is weak/wilting. I felt the soil and it felt a little dry so I gave it some water even though I misted it yesterday.
I would only prune the branch tips at this time. The blooms will drop naturally if they are not able to be supported. This article will give you some more information on their care: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/lime/persian-lime-tree-care.htm
have used neem oil, but never seen this bug before Have black residue on some leaves and limes don't know if it's related
It sounds like you may have spider mites, or "citrus mites." Make sure the area around your tree is clean and free of debris. You can use an insecticidal soap on these pests, which you can either make up at home or purchase from a garden center, but I suggest you do it right away.

My daughter purchased a persian lime tree at a tourist stop. We planted it over 4 years ago but don't know how to care for it. It shows no sign of bearing fruit even after all that time. The leaves do have a strong lime scent to them. What can we do to help this poor little tree?

My usually prolific potted Persian lime tree doesn’t have any flowers or lime buds this year. It was moved outside around Memorial Day. It typically starts to flower shortly after being moved, but it hasn’t done so this year. It’s been regularly fertilized and adequately watered, and the soil has good drainage (no “wet feet”). It’s not dropping any leaves and looks healthy to me. I usually get between 8-10 limes a year off of it. What could be wrong?
Has the soil ever been refreshed or changed in the container? Have you checked whether it is rootbound?
The article below has detailed fertilizer requirements.
