I have a mini peach tree. It is the middle of Aug. Should it be losing its leaves already? How much water should I give it? It is in a container. Is there a dwarf peach tree with regular size fruit, and what is the best one?
This time of year, tree in containers should be watered daily, twice daily if the temps are above 85 F. A lack of water will cause the leaves to fall off early.
Try looking at the Red Haven Peach Tree. I think that will fill all the requirements you are looking for in a tree.
My peaches rot before they mature. Last year and again this year, they get about golf ball size and then start rotting.
It sounds like it has brown rot. This article will help:

What do I do to plant peach seeds? Do I need to crack the hard cover of the seed, or do I only need the inside nut?

I have a red have dwarf peach tree in MI. Last year the peaches were very small, but plentiful. This year I only got 18 peaches on one side of the tree (still were good). Now it is leaking sap all up the tree and branches. The tree is about 7 years old. Please help me save it.
This time of year, dripping sap is not actually sap, but honeydew from a pest infestation. It is likely aphids or scale. These pests also reduce the ability of the tree to produce fruit. Treat the tree with an insecticide. I like neem oil. It is organic, safe for people and pets and also treats other undiagnosed problems the tree may have. Here is more information:

The leaves on my Tropic Beauty peach tree are turning yellow. Why? I live in south Florida. It is rainy season now.
If it has been very rainy, I would check the drainage around the tree to make sure it is not sitting in standing water. This can cause yellow leaves and can be corrected by working towards improving the drainage.
Also, in many areas of Florida, the soil can be sandy and this can cause nutrients to be washed away at a faster rate. If you have sandy soil, and with all your rain, you may need to give the tree some fertilizer.
I have no peaches after many years. They bloom, but the fruit fails to grow. The trees blooms but fails to produce fruit bigger than the size of a quarter. The tree blooms but grows only small fruit.
This sounds like a pollination issue. If the flowers are not pollinated, the tree will shed them when they are small. These articles may help you:
