Hi The leaves on my peach tree are not growing right. I’ve attached a pic. I’m starting to get peaches but if it’s anything like last year they won’t be as good as I know they can be. I had this same problem last year. What is causing the leaves to turn this way and what can I do to correct? The tree is planted in a sunny place gets watered 2x a week by the sprinklers that water my lawn. Once in a while I water it with Miracle Grow. Help me please. Thanks
It could be peach leaf curl, a fungal disease. More info below. I notice, too, that the tree is in the lawn. If you fertilize the lawn with nitrogen, avoid fertilizing the tree. Too much nitrogen is detrimental to fruit production.

I want to grow a peach pit into a fruit tree. Is it possible? I cannot buy a tree as CA is off the sale list.
Sure! You could grow them from a pit. This article will help:

Our two back yard peach trees are about 100' apart. They both produce but fruits reach approximate size of a walnut before development is arrested. Peaches that fall off taste fine at that point but not enough flesh to justify processing. Some dried, hard, brown fruits remain on tree through winters. Leaves appear healthy, although woody parts of trees seem darkened with some green splotches. Suspect a fungus but not sure. Two years ago I planted a 10' apple tree about 25' from one of the peach trees and by the beginning of the following growing season the trunk had turned black and the top died. I'm trying to raise a sucker off of it now. Attaching photos hoping for a solution.
Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to see the damage. It does sound a bit like an infection has taken over in your area. This can happen in areas that have poor drainage, or wet areas.
You can try general fungicides, but I would take some samples and photos up to your local extension service.

This will help you with fungicide use:

Generally, once the soil is dry down to about 4 to 6 inches, you will water. The frequency will depend on the conditions around the tree at the time.
I have added chelated iron and sulfur to our alkaline soil to try and combat what I originally thought was chlorosis. I have little to no results from this despite a second treatment following all the directions. Is there any other disease of peach trees that can be causing the leaves to turn yellow then white before they fall off?
Here are some possibilities:

My contender peach tree arrived today on 8/5/2021. It appears ill with brown spot disease. Pictures attached
It looks a bit stressed and damaged by insects, but t doesn't look to be so bad that it will fail. A fungicide may help, here:
