I have a question regarding my peace lily. I received my peace lily at the memorial service for my baby girl. At the time, it had a few blooms on it, and we brought it home and I replanted it. Since then, it has never stopped blooming. Currently, it has 12 blooms. It normally averages around 6-12 blooms at a time, and has been blooming for 13 months now. I was just wondering if this is something special, as everything I read says peace lilies are supposed to bloom twice a year for a couple months. I sing to my plant, water him, and wash his leaves, but don't use any chemicals or fertilizers on him. Thank you for any information you can send me! I've attached a picture of my peace lily. :)
You have a happy Peace Lily.
There are many different varieties of this plant, some are good bloomers, some rarely bloom.
Most Peace Lily plants are forced into blooming by applications of chemicals at the grower level. Once those flowers fade, the plant can be confused and have trouble blooming again.
When you repotted your plant, that was likely the trigger for you plant to wake up and began a flower cycle.
That combined with a great growing environment has led to your success and a beautiful specimen.
Don't mess with what's working...I am listing a link for you with care information, but don't worry if you see something different in the article than what you are doing!
Will peace lily leaves uncurl when it is repotted?
Peace Lily actually prefer to be a bit root bound. Make sure the plant is receiving bright but filtered light.

My peace lily plant leaves turn brown and dry out. I water it but this still happens.
This could be due to watering issues.
If you use conditioned water, make sure you set is out 48 hours before using.
Distilled water is also good to use to water Peace Lily.

My Peace Lily is developing blossoms near the base of its stalks. The blossoms are deformed and the tops are not separating from the stem it emerges from. What is wrong with my plant, is it lacking nutrients?
I would try increasing the light, bright but filtered location.
Also humidity is important for a Peace Lily.

My Peace Lily has huge flowers on it but they are dark green. None of them are white flowers like it did when I purchased it. I know that the flower itself is the little spuds sticking off the stock inside the half shell, but shouldn't the outside half shell be white also? Mine have all turned dark green, but the plant is huge and healthy looking.
It is normal for each peace lily flower to turn from white to green as it ages. If new flowers are growing and they are already green, that is a little strange and I'm not sure what would cause it. It's probably nothing to worry about though.
Have to care for a peace lily??? Nothing works for me.

Can it be planted outside?
Peace Lily is hardy outdoors in zones 10b-11.
In a colder zone you will need to keep a Peace Lily indoors.
