this before for this long, is making a mess. Can we make it stop? Tree has tiny sprigs of tiny flowers and is continually making seeds and dropping pods all over. Almost like someone is slipping it flowering plant food. Is there an antidote to stop if from producing seeds all summer? Its now dropping leaves as well. No insects appear to be infesting it. Its making our lawn an eyesore and we're trying to sell our mobile home. We rent the land our home is on, we can't cut the tree down.
We would need the name of the tree or plant you are referencing.
My grandson brought home a plant that his daycare teacher gave him, don't know the name of this plant. When I got this, it was a long stalk with a few leaves, the leaves were quite healthy and big but as time went by the new leaves became smaller and smaller and then just drop off. What can I do to revive the plant? I don't want to disappoint my grandson. Thanks for your help. Gloria
Asking your grandson to find out the name of the plant is crucial. I wonder if it is bamboo. Attached is an article on growing bamboo in containers. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/foliage/bamboo/growing-bamboo-in-pots.htm
I am afraid there isn't much plant material left for even an id on this plant.
It may not be able to be saved.
Make sure that the potting soil is a good quality mix and that it is well draining.
Don't use soil from your yard, this becomes heavy and near concrete denseness in a container.
It looks very heavy and wet and likely the reason this plant has not thrived.
I'm doing my science assignment and I don't know the answer. I was wondering if you would know the answer?
Every plant will have a different reaction to being rootbound. Some like it, and some don't. What I can do is point you in the direction to learn what effect this can have on plants. Trust me, you will retain much more knowledge when you have to find the answer.

P LEASE ADVISE WHICH ONES, AND IS BLACK SPOT STOPPED TOO?
This will take much more than a day to do its job. I would expect 1 to 3 weeks to start seeing recovery. It can help with fungal spotting, but if the spotting is severe, then it may need an antifungal.

Plant is tall but with very few plantlets.
It depends on the type of plant in question. Some plants can tolerate being cut back, while others cannot. I don't have enough information to give you good advice at this time.
