I recently bought some Mandevillas and they are growing quickly; however, the blooms are not opening. What can I do?

You might try adding a little phosphorous in the form of bone meal. Otherwise, just sit tight. It often takes newly planted bushes awhile to establish enough roots to be able to concentrate on flowering.
What causes the leaves to turn brown and fall of a mandevilla plant? I just purchased a large mandevilla plant and it had a few brown leaves on it. Since I repotted it, there are some leaves coming. I have never had a lot of luck with this plant, yet people say it is extremely easy to grow. Help!
It sounds like the plant may have been in need of water, which I'm assuming you gave following the repotting of the plant. Plants in containers require more watering than those in the ground - once a day and twice daily in temps over 85 F. In New Orleans where intermittently we have soft winter freezes, I want to grow Mandevillas in planters on my balcony but I do not want to make the investment if I cannot 'winterize' them in their planters to withstand the soft freezes. What is your advice/opinion in trying to be successful in leaving Mandevillas 'living' outside during such soft freezes in our New Orleans climate?
If temps fall below 50 F, the mandevilla plant will die. You should bring the plants indoors if this happens. That said, you may also wrap the planter in bubble wrap and cover the plants when harsher weather is expected. Keep in mind, however, that there is no guarantee this will work. Protection indoors is often best.
Why do mandevilla leaves turn yellow and fall off, especially at a high rate?
My mandevilla plant is losing many leaves, and they are turning yellow. I do not detect any insects. What can I do?
I over wintered my plant indoors and now it has many many vines sprouting out all over. Should I trim these off? It never developed any seed pods. I would like to start new cuttings as I can't find any new plants in my town.

Unless you need to keep the plant to a small size, you should probably let the new vines grow. If you put it outside for the summer, it certainly could flower.
