Only some parts of the tree seem to have this problem. It’s mostly one patch, afraid of possible spreading. How can I treat it?
I can see leaf miner trails in the photo. I would remove those leaves. Here is more:

My miniature Lime tree is doing great in a very large pot. It is setting fruit, has lots of blossoms (September). Now, all of a sudden, the newer growth leaves (on new branches) have a milky white look to them and and are curling under. I can't see any insect life. What is causing this strange milky look and killing the new growth? Thank you for your help/advice.
This does look fungal, though it doesn't look serious. Treating with a mild fungicide will help. Chlorothalonil works quite well as a broad spectrum, but please do consult the label, carefully.

Hello, I recently planted my lime tree over 3 months ago and my leaves curled about 1 month ago. I fear that the water isn't draining well because I only water once or twice a week and use a moisture measure. Please help me with some great advice. I do live in northern California.
There are a few possibilities. This article will explain:

What would make my young lime tree lose leaves ? I have it a greenhouse at 55 * f and keep it watered .
My lemon tree does the same when brought inside for winter. It receives less sunlight so it adjusts the amount of foliage. Make sure you are watering slightly less during winter.
I just bought this little lime tree. I've had it in my greenhouse for about 2 weeks and now the leaves are falling off. Is there something I am doing wrong?
It likely has to do with the change in environment and/or watering issues. The leaves should grow back. When you water, be sure to dump out the water in the tray. It can soak up into the roots and cause root rot.
Here is more information that should help:
First my lime tree, I just replanted it 2 days ago. I want to know if I should spray something for the disease/bug that it has. Any information would be greatly helpful. Including pictures to see leaves. Also my little evergreen trees have brown inside them and want to know what I can do to help that. Thank you
It would be hard to say, but it looks like it could be worms! If that is the case, then no actions should be taken.
If they are a type of grub, however, then you will want to kill them off.
