What Can I Do For My Lime Tree And Every Green Trees?

First my lime tree, I just replanted it 2 days ago. I want to know if I should spray something for the disease/bug that it has. Any information would be greatly helpful. Including pictures to see leaves. Also my little evergreen trees have brown inside them and want to know what I can do to help that. Thank you

It would be hard to say, but it looks like it could be worms! If that is the case, then no actions should be taken.

If they are a type of grub, however, then you will want to kill them off.
