When should I plant grass seed for a fuller lawn in the summer? I want to know when is the best time to spread the grass seed to increase the grass in the yard.
You can over seed your lawn in the fall months along with other lawn chores.
Here are some links for you.

How often do you need to cut the lawn to keep the flowers away (to keep bees away)?
It will be nearly impossible to keep the Clover flowers from your White Clover Lawn.
Flowers form at about 4 to 8 inches in height, so you can reduce the flowers by cutting prior to it growing these heights.
How often should you water a lawn. Every other day? My husband wants to water every other day for 1/2 hour each side. I say 2x a week 1 hr each side. Which is better for the grass?
It is difficult for me to say considering that the decision on irrigation frequency needs to take into account the soil type, turf type, cutting height, shade vs. full sun exposure and the local weather patterns, just to name a few.
Here are two extension articles that will guide you in making your decision:

I would like an annual schedule for lawn care. I have traditional fescue grass and live in Fort Mill, SC. I prefer to use organic materials. Thank you, Joyce.
We don't have an article with a year-round lawn care schedule, but we do have these four detailing lawn care throughout the year:

I live in southeast Texas and would like to know if it's too early to put weed and feed on my lawn?
Does your lawn really need a weed and feed application? Early spring may not be the best time to fertilize and treat weeds.
If you do use a weed and feed, make sure it does list the weeds that you have.
The links below will help you determine the best fertilizer choice for your lawn.

I would also encourage you to talk with your County Extension Office. The will give you the best schedule and usage of fertilizer/weed combination to use for your zone. They can give you specifics to your region, grass time and weather.

Last summer a gardening company gave my backyard what my son called a Brazilian. In other words, they removed all vegetation with some sort of tool. What would that tool be? I was not there at the time.
Most likely they used a machine called a 'sod cutter'
It looks much like a push lawn mower, but there is a roller and a cutting blade that runs under the roots of the sod.
It generally can be adjusted up or down to account form root depth.
You can rent this equipment from rental companies and even home improvement centers.
They are easy for the home owner to use.
Now rolling up and carrying the sod away is the hard part!
