    Generally, new sod needs to be watered every two to three days. Give it a thorough soaking, about an inch or so deep.

    It is better to use a granular fertilizer specifically for grass since it supplies nutrients specifically meant for grass.

    I believe spring is best. Also, dry soil will not "move" as easy as wet soil

    It does not matter since you'll be putting them both down anyway. Just be sure to keep it well watered.

    you can purchase lawn seed with the correct amount of fertiliser that is especially for seed at Bunnings or nursaries so like your previous answer from Nikki she gave you the right advise happy gardening Charles

    Spring or fall is the best time for reseeding.

    Fertilizing can be done about mid spring, after you see the lawn has started to grow and have come out of dormancy.
