My baby jackfruit tree had been doing so well until a couple months ago. I started noticing brown spots on older leaves, and a few weeks ago, the new leaves are getting brown spots on them. I don't see anything eating the leaves. The new leaves are growing out with brown spots on them, and it's not doing well. What should I do? I live in Texas, the tree was outside until recently I've moved it into the house because it was getting cold.
Several fungi can cause leaf spotting on Jackfruit.
I would treat the plant with a fungicide. Increase air circulation and make sure the soil is properly draining.
Root Rot can be an issue with Jackfruit Trees.

10 year old Jackfruit Trees with fruit drop. Any solution? Small jackfruits get dry and fall down.
One of the main reasons for fruit drop is nutrient deficiency.
Verify the soil contents and the care requirements as discussed in the link below.

My jack fruit is less than one year. First it was planted inside then three months back I shifted it outside. Since then only very less leafs came out & the older are dying. Why it is not growing healthy & what is problem? I have planted beside it five jack fruits in a pot & so far they are growing nicely.
Here is an article that will refresh you on the care requirements.

Hallo everybody, I am growing jackfruits from seeds and planning to plant them soon in open field with proper irrigation. 20% of the plants are showing some signals of stress and I don't understand what is it that is affecting them. Whater is abundant, soil is fertilized and contains minerals, pesticide and antifungus recencently spread. I attach some pictures to show what I am taking about. I am also growing mango beside the JF and they look partially affected as the JF, and also many papaya close to the JF but the papaya seems not to be affected at all by anything, they are growing very healthy. Instead the same can't be said for the jackfruits. All plants are in a very warm climate 25-35 and receive a lot of sunlight. Thank you for any feedback in this regard. Cheers, Igor.
I would avoid water splashing onto the leaves.
Make sure the plants have some air circulation.

We don't usually recommend sites or places to purchase plants, but I would check local facilities, or online at a reputable tree farm.
We have a fully grown up and fairly old jackfruit tree. It rarely bears a fruit. What way I can make the tree yield fruits?
If it is an old tree, then it could be likely that it is too old to bear fruit.
Otherwise, this usually happens when there is too much nitrogen in the soil, or not enough phosphorus and potassium. You can counter this by adding phosphorus and potassium.
