The leaves are yellow and falling off. Also, the soil is moldy. What is the solution?
Yellowing leaves can be caused by a few things on a Hibiscus plant.
Over watering or soil that remains soggy do to over watering or poorly draining soil could cause mold.
Make sure the soil is moist but never soggy. Make sure the container has adequate drainage holes in the bottom.

Our plant bloomed prolifically and now it is all seed pods. Should we remove them and would this help the plant start blooming again? Thank you.
Yes, removing the spent flowers can help the plant produce more flowers.
If the spent flowers are left on the plant, it will send it's energy to seed production.
You can harvest the seed pods.

My Hibiscus had one bloom when I got it but has never blossomed since, though it is healthy, shiny and well cared for. It's now 6 years later. How do I make it bloom?
It sounds like a healthy green plant that may have been fed too much nitrogen.
Excess nitrogen in the soil or over fertilizing will inhibit flowering.
You can do a soil test if your Hibiscus is in the ground.
Adding some phosphorous can help boost flower production.
Bone Meal is a good way to do this.

My hibiscus leaves are turning yellow. What can I do? The plants have been in ground for about a year and now the leaves have started to turn yellow and fall off. Is it possible they have mealybugs?
Insects on you Hibiscus can easily be treated with Neem Oil.

Our Hibiscus plant is losing buds before they open. There are some yellow leaves as well. While we have sprayed for insects and fertilized, we noticed that some leaves now have black spots on them. Looking for care advice. Thank you
It is common for Hibiscus to attract insects, a good treatment is Neem OIl.
I would use weekly during the growing months.

I have a hibiscus tree that is pretty healthy, I think, because it grows like crazy and blooms well. I can't find any info on how to keep the seedlings under control. It has hundreds of little seedlings around it almost all summer long and now I'm finding them in other areas of the yard. I pull them out individually but honestly I could spend half my life pulling these plants out. Do you know of a good way to keep these buggers under control or am I stuck pulling them (or getting rid of the big plant)?
Keeping the spent flowers dead headed can help the plant from reseeding.
Unfortunately the only safe way to remove the seedlings is to hand pull them.
You can 'paint' the cut ends of the seedlings with a herbicide, though this task is quite time consuming and the risk of herbicide damage to other plant material is pretty high.

Hibiscus is blooming beautifully, but the leaves are turning yellow and falling off. How do I fix this?
This can happen with hibiscus. Is it particularly Dry? Have you recently fed the plant?
