My lavender seems to be dying even though I'm watering and doesn't look the same as the other lavender plants that I have. I think it might have fungus. Please advise.
Here is a link to refresh you on the care requirements.
Avoid splashing water onto the leaves of the plant.
Hi, I planted my basil and oregano about a month ago. They have been in adequate light and we have had quite a bit of rain so they have been getting some water. Recently the basil leaves have been looking very unhealthy and have gotten brown spots on them (lots of them have fallen off). The oregano is also wilting a lot and has tiny black spots on it. How do I fix this?!?!
I'm afraid you have fungus problems. These two articles on basil and oregano problems describe what's going on and what can be done:

recently got 4 herbs from lowes - dill, mint, lavendar, rosemary....they were healthy looking, had just been watered, so brought them home, put in sunroom, checked every day so they wouldnt dry out....low and behold, they are dead!!!!! WHAT HAPPENED? this isnt the first time either! if we're supposed to be planting gardens for our food in this goofy world, then we'll STARVE! everything I plant is dying!!! had a jade, christmas cactus, angel wing begonia, geranium etc....they have all died! followed watering for each, light requirements, etc. my green thumb has turned BROWN! HELP PLEASE, used to be a great gardener!!!
Unfortunately, without seeing photos, it would be hard to say what happened. Likely, overwatering is the cause. Using contaminated soils can be an issue, as well, as reusing such soils.
It is important to ensure that the soil dries out, at least, down to about 1/3 of the container, completely. Once it is dry, the plant can be watered again. Be sure that the container allows all extra water to flow from the container, freely.
Unfortunately, there are so many factors that can go wrong, indoors. This article will help you to get started, though:
