Q.How Do I Fix My Basil And Oregano Plants?

Hi, I planted my basil and oregano about a month ago. They have been in adequate light and we have had quite a bit of rain so they have been getting some water. Recently the basil leaves have been looking very unhealthy and have gotten brown spots on them (lots of them have fallen off). The oregano is also wilting a lot and has tiny black spots on it. How do I fix this?!?!
