My grape vines are loaded with tiny grapes but now the grapes look to be opening up into a fluffy flower. I'm afraid I am losing my grapes. What is happening. They had seemed so healthy.
Without an image, the best I can determine is Botrytis cinerea fungus.

You may want to take the grapes into your local County Extension Office. They can help with any local disease issues.

Third attempt: I kid you not this is my 3rd try at sending this question. Maybe it\'s so stupid the computer won\'t even hold on to it. So, long story short. I forgot to plant my Fox\'so Grape in the fall. Is there any way in the world that I could put them in the ground or a container NOW? Am I just grabbing at straws? Oh, they have been in my basement all winter (a cold and dry environment). Sincerely, Just Mel
Yes, you can plant them out now.

The leaves on one of my grape plants is starting to develop brown spots. Please see photos. The plants are thriving but I am afraid this condition will get worse and spread and severally damage the plant down the road. Can you tell me what this is and how to eliminate it? Tiny grapes are finally starting to grow but I don't know if this condition will eventually hurt the plant. Should I just cut off the affected leaves as they become affected? Thanks for your help.
This could be Blister Leaf Mites.

I was given a grape vine last year. The growth looked good, it had three small bunches of grapes. It grew up the trellis very well. I followed the instructions about the first frost and cut it back to the two buds. This year it started to produce leaves followed by small bunches of grapes. Suddenly the leaves started to wilt and die, then the small bunches of grapes did the same. Now I have a completely bare stem, no sign of any new leaves and obviously no sign of any grapes. I have removed it from the pot it was in (16inch diameter pot) and put it in a smaller pot after putting rooting compound on the roots just to see what, if anything, will happen. Any help/advice would be appreciated.
With no green growth, only woody stems, it appears your grapevine died off.

My second year vine. I have five canes coming from the head of my Thompson Seedless grape vine and a thick cordon that comes out from the ground at the back of the head, almost like a second plant, this had three canes growing nicely to the top. In all I have 8 canes all the way to the top of my pergola! Very pretty. When I prune next March, I know that I have to leave two Spurs at the head (from the five canes in the head) so that will leave me with three canes from the main head, and three canes from this back plant. Do I have to leave Spurs on this back growing plant cordon as well? Does my pruning suggestion seem OK or could you suggest some other way or pruning?
