it stays in full sun, was watering perhaps a bit two much, but have cut that back.
That is never a good sign, especially if you've overwatered. You don't say what kind of plant it is, but if it is in a pot, I would repot in fresh soil. If it's in the ground, you may need to stake it and do not water till the ground is dry around it.

I am researching the benefits of community gardens for a class project. I need more information from experts on the benefits residents could expect to receive by establishing and maintaining a community garden. I really appreciate any information that you would be willing to provide.
There are hundreds of ways that residents can benefit from community gardens and I'm happy you're exploring this. Rather than providing a long answer in this email, I've decided to give you a link to a page with many articles about community gardening. Community gardens bring people together, use otherwise unused space for something so productive, provide an opportunity for learning and exercise, help the environment and the pollinators, improve neighborhoods, provide fresh vegetables and herbs and flowers...the list of benefits is very long.
I hope these articles will help you with your project, and I hope you'll always advocate for community gardening. Click here to see the articles:

Is there any place, any book that will tell me when a perticular seed had to be sown, when and how often it has to be watered. When to harvest leafy vegetables etc. Sun required for various plants.
I would check with a library near you. Also, you can probably find that information online at various websites, including ours (gardeningknowhow.com) by flower or vegetable and adapt the information to each city's climate.
I’ve recently bought seeds, seed planting grids and fluffy soil. I have herbs and produce, to grow, to avoid supermarket panic shopping. This lessens the supply chain burden and eases my own worries for sustenance. Fact is though I don’t know how to garden or plant seeds for this purpose beyond the basic ,store’s advices . Can you do an article on 101 quick easy veg and herb garden growing from seed, for the city girl, with pots? Mahalo. Blessings

The branches have started to droop over the last month and I can't think of anything different I could have done. I don't over water...
Look carefully at the under sides of your leaves, as well as the trunks and stems for insects or spots/lesions. You may also be having a soil problem. How long has it been since the soil has been replaced? Here are three articles that should be helpful in tracking down the problem.

If you mean growing transplants, it's not too late. If you mean growing plants from seeds, it depends on the growing season in your area. On the seed packet, it tells how long it takes for the plant to mature, 90 days for example. You must be sure the plant has that much time left before the first frost. Of course, if you are growing vegetable transplants, you also need to be sure there is time for the plant to mature before the first frost.
I live in Murray Utah zone 5 b it is July and what plant can I plant
Here are some possibilities for zone 5. July is not the best time to plant ornamentals. Spring and fall are best for those. It is about time to plant a fall vegetable garden, however.
