I purchased vinyl raised bed kits this year for the first time. I always planted directly in the ground and never had any trouble. My zucchini started to get yellow and then brown and got crunchy on the ends. It seamed to start at one end and work its way down to the other end. I also have spots on my pepper and green bean plants. Everything was beautiful for the first 3 weeks or so, then BAM!
I would start with checking the watering and moisture levels in your soil.
Raised beds soil will dry out much faster and you will need to water more often.
Also if water is splashing unto the leaves of your plants it can cause fungus diseases.
Check the plants for pests. If the issue is moving through the garden, it could certainly be caused by an infestation. Some insects are very difficult to see.

There are bunches of rusty red spots that cause leaf death. Hits virtually overnight on butterfly bush, chinese lanterns, datura, strawflower, turtle head, gooseneck loosestrife, wiegela but not hostas, speedwell, stella d'oro, lantana, lilies and the like.
It sure sounds like a fungus attack called Rust because that is what it looks like is rust. Spraying the plants with a product called Green Cure or one called Milstop will typically take care of the problem.

Will my garden come back after hail damage? I have potatoes, onions, tomatoes and peppers. If not, can I dig up my potatoes and onions now, with the understanding that they will be small in size?
This is a devastating event for any gardener!

My carrots and radishes are going to seed before the vegetables have even started. My onions never came at all. I did soil testing at the start of the year and added mushroom manure prior to planting.
Your Radish, Carrots and Onions likely bolted due to heat. This is common in Radish, as they prefer cool weather to grow in. The onion and carrot is a bit more usual, though the heat can also trigger them to set seed.
There is nothing a gardener can do to control the weather, harvest the crop that you have now. Baby carrots are delicious and small onions are great to have in the kitchen.
You an search out bolt resistant seeds for next season.

Hosta and Joe Pye Weed leaves are being eaten by something from ground up. Just planted this spring. Trying desperately to save new diy landscaping project this spring. Have had over 12 inches of rain in 5 weeks. Both plants are in partial sun/shade area right next to house on the walkway. Live in IN with horrible hard clay. Planted with self fertilizing potting soil with mulch on top. Please help me save these beautiful plants!
The yellowing leaves are most likely the results of the heavy rain. The plant then becomes stressed.
Insects and fungus can certainly be an issue and the damp weather seems to make things worse.
Neem Oil is a good treatment as it acts as both an insecticide and fungicide.

I have several shrubs and plants that have luxurious foliage but no flowers! These are hibiscus in a pot, hydrangeas, iris in the spring, even the only tomato plant I planted.
Have you fertilized?
Excess nitrogen can cause you to have lush green plants and little to no flowering.
You can try giving the plants phosphorous to promote flowers. Bone Meal is a good organic method of doing this.
You may want to have a soil test done to confirm this and verify the soil nutrients.
