Q.Non blooming plants
I have several shrubs and plants that have luxurious foliage but no flowers! These are hibiscus in a pot, hydrangeas, iris in the spring, even the only tomato plant I planted.
Have you fertilized?
Excess nitrogen can cause you to have lush green plants and little to no flowering.
You can try giving the plants phosphorous to promote flowers. Bone Meal is a good organic method of doing this.
You may want to have a soil test done to confirm this and verify the soil nutrients.
