I read the article-on how to grow beets no mention of fertilizer / can you help/ besides the organic matter etc Thanks Dave ALSO I looked up Kohlrabi and see it mentioned fertilizer but not the ratio can you get these for me?

We don't recommend such a mixture so I am at odds as to how often to use it. I can give you information on each item, though, and you can decide if it is worth the trouble. For example, coffee grounds will not add nutrients unless it is composted first. Egg shells need to be crushed fine into a powder to be useful. Epsom salts are useful only if the plants are low on magnesium. Banana peels need to go into the compost pile. Here is more:
