What's an approximate root diameter for a tree around 75 feet tall? Do I have to worry about it falling onto my house? Wind blows easily through the branches. I'd say it's 25 years old now.
Branches falling and roots can be damaging to a home.

The thick bark near the base started coming off this winter and the trunk underneath has what looks like whiteish mound. Is it deceased? The tree is about four stoories high. Thank you
Oh boy... That is an issue! This is a fungal infection, likely, within the tree. Have any branches fallen off that look like they are empty in the center? I also notice that there are a few larval holes. I don't know if they are currently in the tree, or just have been in the past but I do see insect damage as well. This tree may be on its way out, and in need of professional removal if it is close enough to a structure to damage it. I would contact a local arborist in your area and see what they say. They will get a good look at it, and be able to feel the damaged spots as well.

I have a Eucalyptus tree that seems dead from about 2' from the ground. It has all new growth around the base but nothing above. Should I cut the tree just above the new growth?
The top may have died off. It the whole thing is brittle, then this may be your best option. Can you include a photo so that I can better see what is going on?
this tree is approx 40 to 45 foot tall , about 10 foot from property , should i be worried ?
The peeling appears to be the natural process, but the browning leaves can signal a fungal infection. I would apply dolomitic lime, and wettable sulfur to the area, and this could clear up by the next season
Large eucalypt. 30ft plus high. Type not sure. Loses all its grey bark in Summer leaving pink and green trunk. Concerned as it pverhangs the house.
Yes, this could be a disease, such as Phytophthora.
The safety of your home is the most important and I would suggest having a qualified Arborist examine the tree.

I bought E. niphobia - Mt. Bogoon from you two seasons ago. It has grown wonderfully well. A month ago I cut three small branches that were less that a meter from the ground. They were growing into the path. From these cuts the tree has been bleeding. How do I treat?
We do not sell plants, we only offer information on them. I can offer you some insight though. This usually happens when the tree is trying to flush out an insect infestation. Cure that, and you will likely cure your problem. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/eucalyptus/eucalyptus-tree-leaking-sap.htm
We recently purchased a silver drop eucalyptus for our patio. It seemed to do well at first but after about a month and a half it has started to dry up. The leaves are not falling off but everything is wilting and turning crispy. (smells like hobby lobby which wouldn't be terrible if it weren't in obvious distress.) It is well drained and watered frequently but I'm not sure if it's enough. It is in only partial sun in the morning and shade the rest of the day. We live right across the river from Cincinnati so it's definitely warm and humid out right now. I would like to save it but I'm afraid to do anything to make it worse. The damage appears to be spreading. Help?
This plant likes lots of sun, either bright indirect light or full sun. Eucalyptus plants are drought tolerant, but containers dry out more quickly than the garden. Make sure the potting soil is thoroughly damp by watering until water begins to seep from the drainage holes in the bottom of the pot. Let the potted eucalyptus dry out slightly between waterings.
