How do I treat the bleeding from lower branches that I have cut off?

I bought E. niphobia – Mt. Bogoon from you two seasons ago. It has grown wonderfully well. A month ago I cut three small branches that were less that a meter from the ground.They were growing into the path.From these cuts the tree has been bleeding.How do I treat?
