Will creeping fig adhere to vinyl fence?
Probably not very well. This is a very slick surface. Maybe you can tack in some chicken wire, or any other metal wire fencing. Wood would be best, but this might not be an option in this case.
How far apart should I plant the creeping fig plants? They will be used to cover a long wall. Thank you
It is recommended to plant them every two feet, but you can get away wi a little more than that if you need to.
Do they produce figs?
Not in the edible sense. What comes from these are not palatable unless specially prepared. They are not toxic, but they are not regarded as edible, generally.
I planted creeping fig 2 months ago as it grows when shall I remove the ties so it can expand or do I leave them on?
our creeping fig keeps going out of control . how to keep off door what can i put on stucco to stop creeping fig to spread on door
Creeping Fig will attach to anything, so to keep it from spreading would require its removal entirely.

Brownish looking spider like insects with six legs and 2 long antennae live in the creeping fig outside. They seem to have stunted its growth . When I water the plant they crawl up the wall. What could they be and what do I do about them? They are not like the spider mites I see on images. They are about half inch in size including legs. Tick like looking body. Thanks for your help
Your photo did not come through. I will be unable to identify the pest in question.
I can give your a few articles that will help though: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/special/organic/natural-home-pesticides-organic-garden-pest-control.htm

Last year we cleared out a section in the yard for a veggie garden. In one area there is a creeper fig (At least I think that’s what it is) on the fence and it’s spread under the garden bed and is growing under the wood retaining wall. Everything we planted in that area died. It would do okay for a few weeks then turn yellow and die. This included cucumbers, peas, a bell pepper plant, beets and strawberries. Most of these items did well in other sections of the yard with similar sun levels.
It could be the reason. The vine is very aggressive and requires a lot of water. It may have robbed your other plants of moisture. Yellowing can be a sign of improper watering.
