Creeping Fig

Q.What are these bugs pests on my ficus (creeping fig)? If yes, how can I control them?

Brownish looking spider like insects with six legs and 2 long antennae live in the creeping fig outside. They seem to have stunted its growth . When I water the plant they crawl up the wall. What could they be and what do I do about them? They are not like the spider mites I see on images. They are about half inch in size including legs. Tick like looking body. Thanks for your help
