Why is the base of my calla lily going soggy and the plant is slowly dying? My calla lily is planted in my garden, in semi shade, and I've only had it a few weeks.
It sounds as if your plant is too wet. One must be careful with bulb plants because over-watering can kill them very easily. If you try another lily plant, I would suggest you mix one part garden soil with two parts sand to promote drainage. After planting the bulb, I would suggest you put a layer of sand on top of the soil to promote even better drainage.
I planted calla lilies and the plants are very healthy looking but I have had very few flowers. I have given them Miracle Grow plant food every three weeks. Why am I not getting any flowers? They get at least 6 hours of sun everyday and are in well drained soil.
Most plants require three years before they bloom very much. I would suggest you take the usual care of this plant and be careful not to water it too much because the bulbs can rot. I would mix some sand into the soil to promote drainage and then put a layer of sand on top to promote even more drainage.
My calla lily plants are in containers in a sunny window in the AM and a shaded window in the PM. I use a water meter to make sure that they are not over watered but kept moist. No matter what I do, they are turning yellow and dying. What can I do not to lose them?
It can be difficult for the indoor Calla Lily to receive enough light. Could you set the pot outdoors to receive more sunlight?
Yellowing leaves generally indicate a watering issue. Either to much or to little. Since your watching the watering carefully, I also would suggest you check to make sure the pot is draining adequately. Make sure the water is not pooling around the roots causing root rot.
Here are some links that may help pinpoint the issue.

Can't find anything about the fruit my outdoor potted Calla lily has made after flowering. Are these viable for planting for new plants? Thanks.
Here is a great article to help you.

Each pot has 4 plants, now in third season. I get one flower only, then loads of leaves. Now still growing leaves, looks great and healthy. Well watered and in partial shade.Been the same each year, now third year. Left out all year round. I would like more flowers....
I would try adding some Phosphorous, you may have to much Nitrogen in the soil, as this causes lots of green leaves and little or no flowering.
Bone Meal is a good way to do this.

I have an indoor calla lily plant and would like to know whether it will grow outdoors.
Zone 7 or lower will need to move the plant indoors for the winter.
Here is a link for you.

I planted my callas. They grew beautifully, but not one of them has a bloom. I have numerous plants and had them last year too. They bloomed profusely. What is wrong?
Likely to much Nitrogen in the soil.
They need Phosphorous to bloom and Bone Meal is a good way to do this.
