My son bought this house with a long driveway......and there is a HUGE blackberry bush.........50 feet long, 10 feet wide and 6 feet tall. I have cut out 99% but there is new growth daily. HELP!
You will have to keep all new growth cut as often as possible. Pour boiling water on all parts of the plant and the area surrounding it. This will usually do most of the work. If these manual methods don't work, you will have to turn to chemical herbicides, such as a brush killer.

How can I help my BlackBerry bush. Woke bush had white powdery substance all over it. Flowers died there several berries that look dead. What happened to my bush? Is there anything I can do to get my berries to ripen or save my bush. Last year it produced several vowels of berries. ??
Unfortunately, your photo did not come through. It does sound like, either, powdery mildew or downy mildew.

Every year, My blackberry bushes flower but the the fruits are just three tiny pin size green balls and they stay that way. Is there anything I can do? The red currents and raspberries ext to them are fine.
This is a complex subject, and will be fungal or bacteria. Some of these will attack, only, certain species of blackberries. This article will explain:

One of my neighbours keeps complaining that the brambles growing at the bottom of my other neighbours garden is rotting his fence - is this possible?
I could see the possibility if the brambles are right up against his fence and so has constant vegetation and moisture against it.

I purchased thornless blackberries several years ago and they just don't grow any canes for berries. At best the plants 6" high. I conditioned the soil when planted and keep them watered in the hot summer. Soil drains well. They just stay close to the ground. What can I do to have them grow upwards and produce fruit?
This could be an overall set of nutrient deficiencies, or pH imbalance. I would recommend testing the soil for nutrient and pH deficiencies and amend accordingly. These articles will help:

I have trained a wild blackberry over a bench arbour, and am getting promising fruiting this year. However there are also very very strong and vigorous but non fruit bearing arms; do i cut these back or let them be? Are they going to be the fruit bearing arms next year?
You will want to leave them alone for now. Those will be your fruit bearing canes next year.

someone to talk with or see my issues..hopefully your advice will get me started to try to save my patch or not.. with a computer I'm like a 2 year old trying to fly a jet airplane...just learning and saw your ASK A GARDEN QUESTION...I know I won't get a crop next year but maybe I can get a hand on it for the following year...
If you want the bushes to produce again it would be best to cut back the canes to 6 inches or so, starting with the outside ones and moving to the interior of the bush. Here's an article that will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/blackberries/blackberry-pruning.htm
