Purchased potted arugula which was doing well. I transplanted to individual pots and got some leaves, but now it is flowering. What does this represent? Is it going down for the year?
The plants have bolted and gone to seed, generally triggered by warm weather.

My arugula is about two foot high and flowering. (It is mid-winter here in Australia.) Should I cut it back to the ground and await a spring crop? Not sure what to do. Thanks.
If your plants have bolted you will need to harvest or remove.
