What are the best types of flowers to plant around a vegetable garden to promote both the health of the vegetables and the flowers alike?

Nearly any flowering plant will do well in or around the vegetable garden, as these attract important pollinators. Good ones to include are marigolds, zinnias, lilies, and petunias.
