Can sweet cherry peppers be grown in a pot? If so, what is the dimension and depth? Thanks

Yes, most veggies can be grown in containers. You could go with a container about 18 inches across and about 10 or 12 inches deep. That will hold one or two plants. You don't want to crowd them. These articles should help:
