How big should my containers be if I want to grow Sweet 100 and Husky Cherry tomatoes on my balcony?

I would use a container that is comparable in size to a 5 gallon bucket. That should be big enough for the roots to have plenty of room and for the soil to remain watered for a day in hot weather.
