To plant seeds from a flower after the seeds are dry, is there any other storage before planting? Can they be put is refrigerator and planted a year later? Thank you.

Certainly you can. When the flower fades, simply cut it off and allow it to dry out. After it is dry, the seeds should peel easily of the head. Store in a cool dry place until next spring. The just plant them in the soil. That is all there is to it.
