Q.Summer everlasting hydrangea overgrown
My everlasting hydrangeas are very overgrown, and over living room windows. Still has a few blooms coming out. How to cut them and will they come back next year?

Since Endless Summer plants bloom on both old and new wood there is no hard and fast rule.
Go ahead and prune this fall to clean up it's shape and size. Since you have not pruned in a while I would try to cut about 1/3 from the plant.
Then in the spring you can clean up any bare branches or branches that are touching or crossing each other.
