stunted pumpkin vine

Question

I’m growing pumpkin for the first time and the vine was doing well and had grown to 6 feet. Now it hasn’t grown in a week and it isn’t blooming anymore. The leaves are all up turned like when it is too dry, but it is not dry. Any ideas?
