How do you prevent the leaves going brown round the edges?

Streptocarpus are in the same family as African Violets, Gesneriads. If the leaves are dry around the edges you can place a tray with rocks and water below the pot to increase the humidity. If the edges are moist and rotty, then this could be associated with your watering method. Avoid getting water on the foliage and if possible water from the bottom of the pot.
