We are getting a tremendous amount of rain so I covered my strawberry plants for 3 days. Now they are brown. What can I do?

If the soil is not draining, the roots can die from root rot; quite quickly.
They also may have be suffering from fungus from being covered, and lack of air circulation.
Remove the dead plant material and they may recover, but you will need to wait and watch this one out.
