Bought a Stefanotis for my wife last year. Has a lot of leaves growing at the bottom of plant, not a lot on top. Can I prune bottom leaves?

Can I propagate this plant from leaf cuttings or does it need a whole vine? It’s in a small pot; should I put it in a bigger pot? There is not a lot of info on this plant.

Thanks

I see no benefit to removing the bottom leaves unless they are yellow or brown. If the plant is potbound, repot it.
