Anonymous added on November 4, 2012 | Answered

We have a rubber tree in our office and it is growing new leaves, but the old big leaves are splitting. What is causing that and should I cut them off?

I would simply cut the older, split leaves. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/rubber-tree/prune-rubber-tree.htm
