Spits on my plants

I planted my tomatoes and planted my squash
One week ago. The leaves are getting yellow and I have white spots on my squash leaves. What is wrong. I put black cow manure
Innwith the plants when I planted. Can I save them?

This sounds like Powdery Mildew, though without an image I can't be positive.
