spider mites on blue spruce

Question

Since Bayer have monopolized the market, they have stopped producing concentrated multi-rose concentrate 1 in 3 and sell it by diluted 1 litre bottles. We normally use 4 litres on our blue spruce. Is there any way around this blatant exploitation for poor pensioners like myself?
