Q.Soil Clumps on Lawn

Anonymous added on November 13, 2012 | Answered

My zoysia lawn, which I’ve maintained weed-free, is showing several spots of small soil clumps. What is causing this and how do I stop it?

This could be anything from an issue with grubworms (if these clumps are dry in nature) or you could have worm mounds (if moist in nature), which are a result of earthworms--actually a good thing.
