Small Batch Neem Oil Ratio

Question

I only have a 12 oz spray bottle and a few veggie and herb plants, so I’m trying to understand the ratio of 100% neem oil and soap and water for the small bottle. Can you help? (Newly tried got small transplant plants of Rosemary, tarragon, carrots sprouts, eggplant, lettuce and kale, will also include mint and basil, maybe onion and garlic bulbs)

You don't need to mix Neem oil with soap and water. Just use the Neem oil. It tells on the container how to use it as a fungicide or insecticide.
