Q.Siam Ginger

In live in Sarasota, Florida my Siam Ginger looked beautiful for months; however, it has now stopped flowering and some of the leaves are turning brown and crumply. Should I be cutting everything back for the winter or just leave it alone and remove the dead stuff?

You can trim off dead or damaged leaves while dormant. This article tells more:
