Wax Flower grow in zones 10 and 11.

Do a Google search for growers of this plant.
Try Etsy or Ebay, they often are a good source of plants.

What's your location? A google search on chamelaucium wax flower availability yielded some hits:

http://flowers.avasflowers.net/avasflowers-wiki/waxflower
Headquarters in NJ, but they run mail order from a number of suppliers

Located in Santa Barbara, CA

This plant favors arid environment so most nurseries are West Coast.
