Q.Should I Replant
planted tomatoe and poblano plants. then it was 40 at night for 5 days. covered3 of the days. poblano leaves curling and tomatos look yellowish- the whole plant- not a deep green.. should i dig up and return and get new plants?

That must have been an unusual cold snap for your zone. The nighttime temperature for planting poblano peppers outside should be between 60 and 75 degrees. For tomatoes, nighttime temps should be above 50.
They may have sustained damage to the plant cells. If you can return them, go ahead and do that. If they won't accept a return, you can try leaving them out for another week or two and see if they rebound. If not, you can always buy new. Here is more info:
