Forget Me Nots

Q.Should I cut back forget-me-nots by deadheading?

I just want to know if cutting back the long stems of flowers will encourage more blooming. There are more seeds than flowers on the stems.

You can dead head and trim them back.
They will free seed and you may want to cut them back before they go to seed.
