Q.SAGO PALM OOZING
I LIVE IN DEEP EAST TEXAS I HAVE 3 SAGO PALMS PROBABLY 7 YEARS OLD, AFTER WE HAD A 2-3 DAY FEEZE I NOTICED THEY WERE TURNING YELLOW AND THE CLOSER I LOOKED I SAW MOLD AND THE TRUCK HAS SAP LOOKING STUFF COMING OUT IN SPOTS.
It would be impossible to remove the moldy part without killing the sago palm, so applying a fungicide now is probably the best option. Copper-based fungicides are recommended as described in the following article. The article is about true palms, not sago palms, but I think the same advice applies because of their similar growing habits:
