sago palm

Question

I got a sago palm for mothers day.The pot it is in has gravel around the top.I t is so hard to get the gravel out to repot the plant.is it ok in that pot like that or should it be repotted.

If you do repot, make sure you use a similar size container. Too large of a container can lead to root rot.
